After some careless play in the Meneco F.C defense, Angel Ourente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonio Shepherd. The Meneco F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Shepherd should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Club Atletico Los Seres getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Angel Ourente hit a great ball. Antonio Shepherd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Jaen, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Meneco F.C's goalkeeper Antonio Shepherd, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antonio Shepherd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Jaen, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Gogo Jaen might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antonio Shepherd. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gogo Jaen ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half Club Atletico Los Seres were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anibal Senen made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Meneco F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Angel Ourente fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Meneco F.C's Astor Ereinotz got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Los Seres's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Senen came free, but Dionisio Tonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Ivan Paul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute of the match Alonzo Odilon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Antonio Shepherd skillfully saved the ball. Gogo Jaen's late challenge caught a Meneco F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gogo Jaen helped the player get up and apologised. After 68 played minutes Club Atletico Los Seres got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Jaen. 71 minutes into the match, Meneco F.C's Anibal Senen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dionisio Tonio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 75 minutes, Astor Ereinotz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meneco F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Astor Ereinotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Adolfo Calisto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Los Seres's zone, Astor Ereinotz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dionisio Tonio came out of the goal and Astor Ereinotz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Senen in the 88th minute of play forced Club Atletico Los Seres's goalkeeper Dionisio Tonio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severo Pietro's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Los Seres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severo Pietro helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Club Atletico Los Seres booed when Meneco F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Pietro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Club Atletico Los Seres eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
