After 7 played minutes Catuna FC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Lluques. When Meneco F.C's Astor Ereinotz in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Catuna FC's goalie prevented a goal. Astor Ereinotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Meneco F.C's Astor Ereinotz got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute Anibal Senen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Oihan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Meneco F.C defense, Arnaldo Barea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonio Shepherd. The Meneco F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Shepherd should have stopped the shot. In the 21st match minute, Meneco F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Bidari to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute of the match, Arnaldo Barea got a very nice opportunity to score, but Antonio Shepherd was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Arnaldo Barea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catuna FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnaldo Barea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Shepherd breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gaudencio Oihan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Senen in the 26th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Bartolo Francho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Shepherd came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Catuna FC's Arnaldo Barea. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Barea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 35 minutes into the game, Bartolo Francho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Antonio Shepherd was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Anibal Senen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Meneco F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Anibal Senen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaudencio Oihan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Meneco F.C's Antonio Shepherd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Francho in the 43rd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Adolfo Calisto hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute, Bartolo Francho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaudencio Oihan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Senen in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Arnaldo Barea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaston Panpili hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Catuna FC's zone, Anibal Senen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaudencio Oihan came out of the goal and Anibal Senen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Arnaldo Barea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antonio Shepherd was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Astor Ereinotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnaldo Barea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Shepherd having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Arnaldo Barea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnaldo Barea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antonio Shepherd read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eustacio Gombal during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. For all the effort they put into the match, the Meneco F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Catuna FC.
