After some careless play in the Wales Baby defense, Rigoberto Gerazan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgardo Heli. The Wales Baby fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgardo Heli should have stopped the shot. Candido Abadie was a little too slow when Leonardo Tabby got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-1. Leonardo Tabby struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Candido Abadie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wales Baby. Wales Baby's Edgardo Heli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Diagur in the 39th minute of play. After having played for 40 minutes, Leonardo Tabby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wales Baby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonardo Tabby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Maximino Senin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Eleuterio Guzman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonardo Tabby was the one to do the kick off. Mariano Diagur's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Edgardo Heli skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 57 minutes into the match, Eleven United's Rigoberto Gerazan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgardo Heli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Eleven United's Eleuterio Guzman got a free kick in the 60th minute. When Wales Baby's Leonardo Tabby in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eleven United's goalie prevented a goal. Candido Abadie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Tabby in the 64th minute of play. Leonardo Tabby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Candido Abadie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eleven United's Candido Abadie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Senin in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Senin in the 75th minute of play forced Eleven United's goalkeeper Candido Abadie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rigoberto Gerazan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgardo Heli having to make a save. Edgardo Heli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Gerazan, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Wales Baby's Edgardo Heli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Wales Baby from getting a goal against them. The Wales Baby supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Eleven United's performance. The match ended with a win for Eleven United.
