Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benjamin Quinito started the match with the kick off. Benedicto Adrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Urtsua in the 7th minute of the match. Teo Oton did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Serafin Sabino 10 minutes into the match. Teo Oton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benedicto Adrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Quinito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Policarpio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Serafin Sabino made a huge save. If Pastor Policarpio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to RIBER PLATE getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Benicio Balendin hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, RIBER PLATE's Haroldo Ekialde got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, River Plate's Jose Orlo tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pastor Policarpio got free with Serafin Sabino in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute, Haroldo Ekialde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrique Urtsua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teo Oton to make the kick off. Teo Oton hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Pastor Policarpio notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of RIBER PLATE's Serafin Sabino. Serafin Sabino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benjamin Quinito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Benedicto Adrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Quinito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benedicto Adrio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. If Pastor Policarpio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Urtsua succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 86th playminute. In the 91st minute of the match, Enrique Urtsua got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benedicto Adrio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Pastor Policarpio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Sabino having to interfere.
