Spectators: 6806 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Zeledon Pepillo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, Fabian Bras was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RIBER PLATE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Luco the free kick. The supporters of Luco booed when RIBER PLATE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Bras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Americo Kinsen kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match Anier Gutxi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enzo Theobald showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Luco's zone, Benjamin Quinito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Theobald came out of the goal and Benjamin Quinito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enzo Theobald made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrique Urtsua in the 17th minute. Enrique Urtsua's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enzo Theobald read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Serafin Sabino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomiro Urdaspal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zeledon Pepillo struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Serafin Sabino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luco. In the 36th minute, Benjamin Quinito fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Enzo Theobald, passed just outside the right post. In the 38th minute Benjamin Quinito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Theobald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomiro Urdaspal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serafin Sabino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Rubio in the 44th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benjamin Quinito made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Baldomiro Urdaspal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luco's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomiro Urdaspal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafin Sabino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. RIBER PLATE's Serafin Sabino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Pepillo in the 54th minute of play. Enrique Urtsua scored 1-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enzo Theobald, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Honorio Rubio took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serafin Sabino. Serafin Sabino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Benjamin Quinito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Theobald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Urtsua, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Luco's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Quinito came free, but Enzo Theobald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamin Quinito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Theobald having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Benjamin Quinito managed to get in a good position for a shot.
