CARTABON F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Geronimo Ekaitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luisito Txanton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Constantino Vitin in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luisito Txanton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of CARTABON F.C. booed when Guzmán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marciano Mingo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute CARTABON F.C. were awarded a corner. Roque Emenon went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on CARTABON F.C.'s corner Roque Emenon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luisito Txanton quite easily take care of the ball.

Guzmán's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geronimo Ekaitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 93rd minute, Constantino Vitin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luisito Txanton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Constantino Vitin in the 98th minute.
