Zeledon Baleren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Emmanuel in the 20th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Severiano Emmanuel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zeledon Baleren. That made the score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. In the 27th minute Constantino Oriche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigi Donnarumma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paunero FC's Severiano Emmanuel got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Reynaldo Enaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Paunero FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Esteban Ekhi hit a great ball. Rosetti FC's Constantino Oriche got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Paunero FC defense, Constantino Oriche kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gigi Donnarumma. The Paunero FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gigi Donnarumma should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Rosetti FC's Anastasio Barea got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Froilan Fernado was the one to do the kick off. Rosetti FC's Zeledon Baleren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Emmanuel in the 54th minute of play. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Reynaldo Enaut sped through Rosetti FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zeledon Baleren. With a little luck, Paunero FC's Gigi Donnarumma got control of the ball when Constantino Oriche tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute, Desiderio Nardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Rosetti FC's Bernabe Jatsu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Rosetti FC's Zeledon Baleren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Enaut in the 63rd minute of play. In the 69th minute, Reynaldo Enaut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zeledon Baleren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reynaldo Enaut's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. When Rosetti FC's Froilan Fernado in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paunero FC's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Froilan Fernado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gigi Donnarumma was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delmar Garoa during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
