When Miguel Ourente came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Avaí Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Ourente couldn't finish the play. 12 minutes into the game, Julian Iraitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Adrian Gumaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Anda a la cancha bobo getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Cipriano Pitin hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Rigoberto Arlo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anda a la cancha bobo's supporters rose to their feet, but Rigoberto Arlo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Gumaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Alvaro Luar came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Avaí Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. Alvaro Luar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Isidro Qwinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aldo Veremundo hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Anda a la cancha bobo's zone, Alvaro Luar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidro Qwinton came out of the goal and Alvaro Luar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eleuterio Castel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alvaro Luar hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Ireno in the 54th minute of play forced Avaí Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Adrian Gumaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Julian Iraitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, Anda a la cancha bobo's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Castel came free, but Isidro Qwinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anda a la cancha bobo's Isidro Qwinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Luar in the 60th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Eustaquio Ireno got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Avaí Futebol Clube were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
