Spectators: 7293 (Terracing: 5472, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ermegildo Jurgi got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Paunero AFC's zone, Marcial Tabby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Chesus came out of the goal and Marcial Tabby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfredo Ricart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Jurgi in the 9th minute of play. Alfonso Chesus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Aldo Garailes short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Alfredo Ricart to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 15 minutes, Reynaldo Astudillo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Paunero AFC's Alfonso Chesus tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 19 minutes into the game, Hernan Inautzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Haedo Norte FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paunero AFC the free kick. In the 22nd minute Reynaldo Astudillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Chesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marcial Tabby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Astudillo in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfonso Chesus saved Paunero AFC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Haedo Norte FC's Rodolfo Herensuge got a free kick in the 28th minute. Maximiliano Burni, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 32nd minute Marcial Tabby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Chesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonso Chesus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Tabby in the 35th minute of the match. Denis Hori hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Marcial Tabby who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paunero AFC's Alfonso Chesus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 41 minutes, Gaspar Mateo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paunero AFC and the Haedo Norte FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alfonso Chesus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Tabby in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reynaldo Astudillo to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Haedo Norte FC's Fidel Perico slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alfonso Chesus. That made the score 0-3 after 79 minutes of play. Marcial Tabby might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfonso Chesus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcial Tabby ran back to his position shaking his head. Haedo Norte FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
