Reynaldo Astudillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Valentin Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Reynaldo Astudillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 45th minute, Reynaldo Astudillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Lopes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4.

Marcial Tabbys short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Valentin Lopes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 59th minute Reynaldo Astudillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Hori hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The supporters of Julio Humberto booed when Haedo Norte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Perico didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Dodorol in the 72nd minute of play forced Haedo Norte FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Ricart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcial Tabby got free with Valentin Lopes in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Julio Humberto's zone, Reynaldo Astudillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Lopes came out of the goal and Reynaldo Astudillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valentin Lopes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcial Tabby in the 85th minute. Reynaldo Astudillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute, Marcial Tabby ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Lopes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Alfredo Ricart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Dodorol in the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute of the match Rodolfo Herensuge sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valentin Lopes skillfully saved the ball. When the final whistle sounded Haedo Norte FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Julio Humberto.
