Oscar Mouricio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Ekialde having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Gregorio Goizeder made a precise shot to the right of Leonel Haitz. Gracie Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Oscar Mouricio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gracie Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Mouricio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Ekialde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Ekialde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Mouricio in the 56th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Ciro Lehen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Francisco Ekialde came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Gracie Team's Urbano Ixaka. But to his dismay, Urbano Ixaka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jorge Orlandus kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. When Jorge Orlandus fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gracie Team's protests and gave Jorge Orlandus a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Jorge Orlandus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Efrain Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Gracie Team's Oscar Mouricio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francisco Ekialde narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Gracie Team's Felipe Guillelmus got a free kick in the 90th minute. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 92nd minute, when tirame un caño y te parto's Gregorio Goizeder after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Leonel Haitz in Gracie Team's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Polentzi got free with Leonel Haitz in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonel Haitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelio Polentzi in the 96th minute. After 98 minutes, Aurelio Polentzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the tirame un caño y te parto and the Gracie Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 98 played minutes tirame un caño y te parto got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Polentzi. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
