The supporters of Tio Pujio FC booed when Canton United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Toro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Eulalio Cristofol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Pasqual saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Canton United getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Alfredo Montay hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of Canton United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tio Pujio FC:s goal. Raul Tauro placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Eulalio Cristofol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tio Pujio FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eulalio Cristofol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eloy Pasqual breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Canton United's Eloy Pasqual got control of the ball when Jairo Lluis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Robustiano Ostadar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Toro in the 29th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eulalio Cristofol in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eloy Pasqual prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Jairo Lluis came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Tio Pujio FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Lluis couldn't finish the play. David Gabino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Ostadar having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when David Gabino made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, David Gabino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eulalio Cristofol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Pasqual having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Tio Pujio FC's Eulalio Cristofol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eloy Pasqual narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Canton United's David Gabino got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Omar Toro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robustiano Ostadar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Eloy Pasqual took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Cristofol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Canton United's Omar Toro got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 92 minutes, Omar Toro made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Tio Pujio FC's Robustiano Ostadar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Canton United's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
