The audience thought a goal was coming when Jairo Lluis got free with Benjamin Ioritz in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 18 minutes, Tomas Oihan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Niupi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Oihan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Tio Pujio FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Corderall came free, but Robustiano Ostadar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 played minutes Tio Pujio FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Iban. After a rather tough play, Niupi FC's Tomas Oihan got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Niupi FC's zone, Eulalio Cristofol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Ioritz came out of the goal and Eulalio Cristofol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Niupi FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Erasmo Martxelin hit a great ball. Jairo Lluis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Benjamin Ioritz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute Eulalio Cristofol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Ioritz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Eulalio Cristofol fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Jairo Lluis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benjamin Ioritz. That made the score 1-0 in the 40 minute of play. A collision led to Tio Pujio FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Isidoro Iban hit a great ball. After 45 played minutes Tio Pujio FC got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Tipi. 47 minutes into the game, Niupi FC's Tomas Oihan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robustiano Ostadar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Oihan made a kick off. Tio Pujio FC's Robustiano Ostadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Oihan in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Niupi FC booed when Tio Pujio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Iban didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tio Pujio FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Tomas Oihan scored to the left of an out of position Robustiano Ostadar, making the score, 1-2. Saturnino Tipi hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Jairo Lluis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Ioritz having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, one of Niupi FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Benjamin Ioritz had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Raul Tauro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Benjamin Ioritz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raul Tauro went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After 90 played minutes Tio Pujio FC got a freekick which was hit by Raul Tauro. In the 93rd minute of the match Niupi FC got a corner. Tio Pujio FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erasmo Abeita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Erasmo Abeita made a great header on Niupi FC's corner, it was just that Tio Pujio FC's Robustiano Ostadar managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tio Pujio FC had won after a very even match.
