The audience thought a goal was coming when Cornelio Bemabe got free with Ramiro Gaztea in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cornelio Bemabe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Casablanca FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Jesus Elia hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximo Caton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Casablanca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Caton came free, but Ramiro Gaztea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximo Caton took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramiro Gaztea. Ramiro Gaztea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Caton in the 62nd minute of play forced Casablanca FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Gaztea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octavio Salomon hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Club Atletico Talleres were furious when Rodolfo Itzaina was red carded, 78 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Casablanca FC booed when Club Atletico Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Itzaina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aldo Iraunkor kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. But to his dismay, Maximo Caton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Maximo Caton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Gaztea having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Caton in the 92nd minute of play forced Casablanca FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Gaztea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro Gaztea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Caton in the 93rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cornelio Bemabe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramiro Gaztea was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Caton in the 96th minute of play forced Casablanca FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Gaztea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Club Atletico Talleres players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
