In the 13th minute Cristobal Lidon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henri Martinaud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fulgencio Haimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristobal Lidon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Henri Martinaud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristobal Lidon in the 25th minute of play forced REZPAR FC's goalkeeper Henri Martinaud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amador Miliano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgard Nahia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. If Francisco Mateus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amador Miliano in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgard Nahia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amador Miliano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Cristobal Lidon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gremio de Mochis's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristobal Lidon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henri Martinaud breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd minute, Gonzalo Primeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

53 minutes into the game, Gremio de Mochis's Cristobal Lidon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henri Martinaud made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Gremio de Mochis were furious when Timoteo Inautzi was red carded, 59 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 58 minutes into the game, one of Gremio de Mochis:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Henri Martinaud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelio Federigo in the 63rd minute of the match. Amador Miliano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgard Nahia having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Amador Miliano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgard Nahia was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Henri Martinaud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Maule in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Haimar in the 76th minute of play forced Gremio de Mochis's goalkeeper Edgard Nahia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the last second Edgard Nahia throw himself and got hold of the ball when Amador Miliano in the 83rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 86th minute Alejandro Maule shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henri Martinaud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Gremio de Mochis's goalkeeper Edgard Nahia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fulgencio Haimar. Edgard Nahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Miliano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alejandro Maule sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Gremio de Mochis could leave the field as winners, despite REZPAR FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
