Spectators: 7105 (Terracing: 5300, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Godofredo Maldonado kicked off to start the match. If Godofredo Maldonado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 played minutes, Palma FC's Maximiliano Astigar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Krister Forssell came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Palma FC reached it. Lino Obeko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Krister Forssell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Lino Obeko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palma FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Obeko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Krister Forssell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lino Obeko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Krister Forssell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Leopoldo Bixintxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Shelby FC booed when Palma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Perutxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leopoldo Bixintxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Leopoldo Bixintxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Godofredo Maldonado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Leopoldo Bixintxo made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Timoteo Eguerdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Basilio Madeo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Laureano Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Leopoldo Bixintxo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Leopoldo Bixintxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palma FC's goalkeeper Laureano Fertus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Basilio Madeo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leopoldo Bixintxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Fertus having to interfere. Laureano Fertus came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Shelby FC's Basilio Madeo. But to his dismay, Basilio Madeo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Basilio Madeo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Laureano Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 99 minutes into the match, Palma FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Bixintxo came free, but Laureano Fertus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Palma FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Shelby FC had controlled the match.
