After a rather tough play, velez's Candido Madeo got a free kick in the 19th minute. Samuel Ciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Chucho having to interfere. Joaquin Lauaxeta kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Ninjutsu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Jacob came free, but Justino Chucho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eleuterio Ignado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Ninjutsu FC defense, Higinio Jacob kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Justino Chucho. The Ninjutsu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justino Chucho should have stopped the shot. Ezequiel Ourente might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robustiano Benvido. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ezequiel Ourente ran back to his position shaking his head. Joaquin Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Robustiano Benvido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ezequiel Ourente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Benvido having to interfere. Joaquin Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Robustiano Benvido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justino Chucho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio Jacob, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justino Chucho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Ciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After the first half velez were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Higinio Jacob stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Joaquin Lauaxeta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute, Candido Madeo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ninjutsu FC's Justino Chucho didn't even have to move. After a defensive mix-up in velez's zone, Joaquin Lauaxeta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robustiano Benvido came out of the goal and Joaquin Lauaxeta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match Samuel Ciano climbed in front of goal and pressed up 0-3 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Justino Chucho. If Eulalio Filipo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robustiano Benvido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Ourente, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With a little luck, Ninjutsu FC's Justino Chucho got control of the ball when Samuel Ciano tried to sneak it across the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Ninjutsu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Jacob came free, but Justino Chucho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Ourente in the 75th minute of play forced velez's goalkeeper Robustiano Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, velez's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Ourente came free, but Robustiano Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Ezequiel Ourente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ninjutsu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Ourente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robustiano Benvido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eleuterio Ignado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Robustiano Benvido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Joaquin Lauaxeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Although Ninjutsu FC had been in control for most of the match, velez still came away with the win.
