After a defensive mix-up in Galatasaray Fc's zone, Paulino Veremundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro Goren came out of the goal and Paulino Veremundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Gaboto AFC booed when Galatasaray Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Lope didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Gaboto AFC's Dante Cristofor got a free kick in the 86th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Paulino Veremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gaboto AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Veremundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejandro Goren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Galatasaray Fc's Alejandro Goren got control of the ball when Benigno Joseph tried to sneak it across the goal line.
