Lampi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cecilio Cordarryl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Caseros FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Tomas Jon hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cecilio Cordarryl in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Epifanio Chico saved Lampi FC from getting behind. Cecilio Cordarryl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Chico having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximo Abella during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 28 played minutes Caseros FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Abella. If Gaspar Jerano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Orlando Vermudo came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Caseros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Vermudo couldn't finish the play. Cecilio Cordarryl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lampi FC's Epifanio Chico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Cordarryl in the 46th minute of play. Caseros FC's Orlando Vermudo got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cecilio Cordarryl to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Caseros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Jerano came free, but Luisito Gau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Lampi FC's goalkeeper Epifanio Chico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orlando Vermudo. Gaspar Jerano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gaspar Jerano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luisito Gau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Federico Jerold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Caseros FC's zone, Gaspar Jerano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisito Gau came out of the goal and Gaspar Jerano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 1-2 became the score in the 74th minute when Orlando Vermudo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Gaspar Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Cordaryal hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Lampi FC's Epifanio Chico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Lampi FC from getting a goal against them. Orlando Vermudo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Lampi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Cordarryl came free, but Epifanio Chico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caseros FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
