Hugó Baróti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Salbatore having to interfere. 0-1 became the score in the 6th minute when Hugó Baróti elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Neild FC's zone, Hugó Baróti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Salbatore came out of the goal and Hugó Baróti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jorge Salbatore didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Panos Mendrinos went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Hugó Baróti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 played minutes Neild FC got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Arixo. Jorge Salbatore was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jorge Salbatore came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Avellaneda FC's Hugó Baróti. But to his dismay, Hugó Baróti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 37th minute Jano Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Salbatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panos Mendrinos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jorge Salbatore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugó Baróti in the 40th minute of play forced Neild FC's goalkeeper Jorge Salbatore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Hugó Baróti put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Jorge Salbatore. Victorio Semeno's late challenge caught a Avellaneda FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victorio Semeno helped the player get up and apologised.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabio Bertran made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Avellaneda FC's Hugó Baróti slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jorge Salbatore. That made the score 0-7 after 54 minutes of play. Enrique Perez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Jorge Salbatore made a huge save. Neild FC were furious when Primitivo Hever was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Neild FC's Primitivo Hever got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Jorge Salbatore made an important save on a dangerous shot by Panos Mendrinos in the 66th minute. In the 78th minute, Avellaneda FC's Hugó Baróti dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Neild FC's goalkeeper Jorge Salbatore, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Panos Mendrinos notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Neild FC's Jorge Salbatore. Jorge Salbatore was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Avellaneda FC's Hugó Baróti got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enrique Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Avellaneda FC played a much better game than Neild FC and deserved their victory. The Neild FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
