Spectators: 7235 (Terracing: 5428, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) 8 minutes into the match, Lagunillas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Jerano came free, but Mateo Urdin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 10 minutes, Amadeo Ticho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lagunillas F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeo Ticho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celso Ongile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Chico having to interfere. Amadeo Ticho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Epifanio Chico came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Lagunillas F.C.'s Celso Ongile. But to his dismay, Celso Ongile quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Amadeo Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Chico having to interfere. Lampi FC's Epifanio Chico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Ongile in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Lampi FC's zone, Celso Ongile stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Epifanio Chico came out of the goal and Celso Ongile tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26th match minute, Lampi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Edorta to maneuver through the defense. Celso Ongile took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Epifanio Chico. Epifanio Chico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Celso Ongile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Chico having to interfere. After 31 minutes, Celso Ongile made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Lampi FC's Epifanio Chico tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Gaspar Jerano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lagunillas F.C.'s Celso Ongile got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Lagunillas F.C. were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaspar Jerano was the one to do the kick off. Amadeo Ticho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Epifanio Chico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Federico Jerold hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Rioja sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Epifanio Chico threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Hermengildo Rioja this time. Celso Ongile sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Lampi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Ongile came free, but Epifanio Chico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeo Ticho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Epifanio Chico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Epifanio Chico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Ongile in the 71st minute of play. 79 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Lagunillas F.C.'s Celso Ongile fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Amadeo Ticho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lagunillas F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Ticho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Epifanio Chico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Lampi FC's zone, Celso Ongile stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Epifanio Chico came out of the goal and Celso Ongile tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lagunillas F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
