In the 12th minute, Ladislao Abajas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rocky de Vélez's Felipe Federigo got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Rocky de Vélez's zone, Albino Oier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arsenio Urtsin came out of the goal and Albino Oier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 22 minutes, Froilan Confesor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the kukitoFB and the Rocky de Vélez players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Rocky de Vélez booed when kukitoFB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Confesor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenio Urtsin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albino Oier in the 28th minute. Arsenio Urtsin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Confesor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ladislao Abajas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rocky de Vélez's Arsenio Urtsin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Rocky de Vélez from getting a goal against them. Froilan Confesor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsenio Urtsin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Confesor in the 42nd minute of the match. Albino Oier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Arsenio Urtsin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Froilan Confesor was the one to do the kick off. Arsenio Urtsin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, kukitoFB's Albino Oier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arsenio Urtsin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The attack was good, but when Froilan Confesor in the 63rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a rather tough play, Rocky de Vélez's Felipe Federigo got a free kick in the 65th minute. Siro Neron took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arsenio Urtsin. Rocky de Vélez's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. kukitoFB's Albino Oier got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The kukitoFB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Felipe Federigo fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rocky de Vélez's protests and gave Felipe Federigo a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Albino Oier managed to get in a good position for a shot. kukitoFB's supporters rose to their feet, but Albino Oier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arsenio Urtsin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the kukitoFB players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
