Spectators: 7321 (Terracing: 5492, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, Rock and Gol's Marcelo Abascal got control of the ball when Cipriano Celipe tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvano Estefan in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnaldo Ticho saved Chuchi from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Cipriano Celipe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chuchi's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Celipe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Abascal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnaldo Ticho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Estefan in the 22nd minute of play. Natalio Regis hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Chuchi's Arnaldo Ticho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Estefan in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute Primitivo Macias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Ticho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Rock and Gol were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvano Estefan made a kick off. Silvano Estefan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Arnaldo Ticho made a huge save. Natalio Regis charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natalio Regis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rock and Gol walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
