The Ordóñez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaspar Saturnin should have stopped the shot. Ivan Eder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Saturnin having to interfere. Primitivo Nafarroa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaspar Saturnin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Modesto Dei. Usiyal's Ivan Eder got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Artemio Farias's late challenge caught a Ordóñez's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artemio Farias helped the player get up and apologised. Rene Juvenal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Mauro Joachim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Primitivo Nafarroa hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 35th play minutes Mauro Joachim shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Baldomiro Gaskon and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, Usiyal's Artemio Farias got a free kick in the 39th minute. Baldomiro Gaskon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Joachim in the 40th minute of play. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Usiyal's goalkeeper Baldomiro Gaskon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Rene Juvenal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Cirilo Larra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ordóñez's supporters rose to their feet, but Cirilo Larra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomiro Gaskon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Artemio Farias to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes, Usiyal's Timoteo Gines shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gaspar Saturnin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Usiyal reached it. Mauro Joachim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Baldomiro Gaskon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Usiyal's Artemio Farias got his second yellow card of the match in the 60th minute. The referee ordered Artemio Farias off the ground. The audience was convinced that Mauro Joachim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldomiro Gaskon was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. When Alejandro Cesario came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Usiyal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejandro Cesario couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Joachim got free with Baldomiro Gaskon in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Mauro Joachim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ordóñez's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Joachim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomiro Gaskon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Apolo Tadzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mauro Joachim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Apolo Tadzio could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Baldomiro Gaskon however easily saved by the left post. In the 86th minute, Mauro Joachim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Usiyal's Baldomiro Gaskon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Joachim in the 89th minute of play. Mauro Joachim's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Baldomiro Gaskon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Primitivo Nafarroa charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Nafarroa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gaspar Saturnin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Primitivo Nafarroa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Rene Juvenal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Ordóñez left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Usiyal.
