Spectators: 7204 (Terracing: 5405, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Santos Fernendo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Cipriano Cordarin made a huge save. 6 minutes into the game, Santos Fernendo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Profundidad AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vieja Huinco FC the free kick. After 6 played minutes Profundidad AFC got a freekick which was hit by Santos Fernendo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Igon in the 8th minute of play forced Profundidad AFC's goalkeeper Braulio Peruxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eustaquio Baumer took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Braulio Peruxu. Braulio Peruxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 19th minute Eustaquio Baumer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Peruxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Cordarin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Maurino in the 22nd minute of the match. Santos Fernendo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernan Rudolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Cordarin having to interfere. When Guaberto Gilabert fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vieja Huinco FC's protests and gave Guaberto Gilabert a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vieja Huinco FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Igon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eustaquio Baumer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Braulio Peruxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Santos Fernendo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cipriano Cordarin. Vieja Huinco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Fernendo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 62 minutes into the game, one of Profundidad AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Braulio Peruxu went to the wrong direction when Geronimo Roldanillo was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Profundidad AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Igon came free, but Braulio Peruxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Igon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Eustaquio Baumer got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 72nd minute, Eustaquio Baumer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute of the match, Francisco Igon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Braulio Peruxu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Profundidad AFC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Orlando Maurino hit a great ball. Santos Fernendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Cordarin having to interfere. If Fernan Rudolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute Santos Fernendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Cordarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Profundidad AFC's Braulio Peruxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Tristan in the 97th minute of play. 100 minutes into the match, Profundidad AFC's goalkeeper Braulio Peruxu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Baumer.
