Spectators: 7206 (Terracing: 5406, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristian Lidon took the kick off in the first half of the match. Edgard Joachim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Gomez in the 4th minute of play. Cristian Lidon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Omar Bertol having to make a save. Cristian Lidon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Omar Bertol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baltasar Firme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Quijano Futbol Club's Baltasar Firme managed to work through Ranquile FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Baltasar Firme dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Godofredo Piarres kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Damian Olivar came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Omar Bertol could save by the left post. If Cristian Lidon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baltasar Firme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severino Gomez in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgard Joachim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 44 played minutes Quijano Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Saul Inko. Severino Gomez struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Edgard Joachim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ranquile FC.

The wind increased when Severino Gomez made the kick off in the second half. Severino Gomez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Edgard Joachim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilberto Pero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Edgard Joachim made a huge save. In the 63rd minute of the match, Severino Gomez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edgard Joachim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Omar Bertol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Lidon in the 66th minute of the match. When Baltasar Firme came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Quijano Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltasar Firme couldn't finish the play. Omar Bertol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Lidon went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 83 minutes into the match, Ranquile FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Lidon came free, but Omar Bertol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omar Bertol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Inko in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th match minute, Ranquile FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Rameriz to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Quijano Futbol Club had won after a very even match.
