When Augusto Abar came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Miranda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Abar couldn't finish the play. Miranda's Isidoro Abascal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Miranda from getting a goal against them. Fausto Haritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Daniel Rolado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11thth minute of the game Primitivo Santo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cosquin FC's Daniel Rolado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Primitivo Santo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Rolado having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Primitivo Santo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Rolado. Cosquin FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Primitivo Santo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 20th minute, Fausto Haritz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Rolado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Daniel Rolado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Haritz's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Miranda's Carolo Tadzio got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isidoro Abascal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tadeo Jerrald in the 30th minute. Isidoro Abascal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Omero, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Primitivo Santo in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Rolado saved Cosquin FC from getting behind. Daniel Rolado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Primitivo Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeo Jerrald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fausto Haritz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Isidoro Abascal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Jerrald in the 55th minute of the match. Daniel Rolado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Haritz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Daniel Rolado managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Miranda's Fausto Haritz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Primitivo Santo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Desiderio Omero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Santo in the 94th minute of play forced Cosquin FC's goalkeeper Daniel Rolado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cosquin FC's Daniel Rolado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Haritz in the 96th minute of play.
