Emilio Bartolome tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Profundidad's Francisco Elizardo got control of the ball when Julio Marino tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Sebastian Salvator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Elizardo made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Julio Marino sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute Luisito Bembe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Bartolome saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfredo Guillelmo was the one to do the kick off. Francisco Elizardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Marino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Marino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Elizardo having to interfere. Eusebio Gumaro's late challenge caught a CARDALES FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusebio Gumaro helped the player get up and apologised. Francisco Elizardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Guillelmo in the 80th minute of play. Emilio Bartolome made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Sebastian Salvator sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute of the match Gabriel Katia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Francisco Elizardo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luisito Bembe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abel Micael kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
