Hernan Johans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Frank Aguiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Mikelats in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute Rafael Calisto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Johans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Saber F.C's Rafael Calisto in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Drink Team's goalie prevented a goal. 19 minutes into the match, Saber F.C's goalkeeper Frank Aguiar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaudencio Gudesteo. A collision led to Saber F.C getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ciriaco Azubeli hit a great ball. Frank Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Mikelats in the 28th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Rafael Calisto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Hernan Johans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Saber F.C's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Carmelo Mikelats 38 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. In the 42ndth minute of the game Rafael Calisto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Drink Team's Hernan Johans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Drink Team's zone, Rafael Calisto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernan Johans came out of the goal and Rafael Calisto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luisito Gaskon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Drink Team players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Saber F.C were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carmelo Mikelats to make the kick off. Drink Team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lucio Nataniel in the 53rd minute. Lucio Nataniel made a great header on Drink Team's corner, it was just that Saber F.C's Frank Aguiar managed to reach the ball for a save. After having played for 55 minutes, Tiburcio Erauso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Drink Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiburcio Erauso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ciriaco Azubeli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Hernan Johans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Rafael Calisto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saber F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Hernan Johans made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Simon Silbestre sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Drink Team getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Damian Henrico hit a great ball. With a little luck, Drink Team's Hernan Johans got control of the ball when Rafael Calisto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Simon Silbestre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Hernan Johans made a huge save. 84 minutes into the match, Drink Team's Carmelo Mikelats sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frank Aguiar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luisito Gaskon struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Hernan Johans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saber F.C. If Rafael Calisto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cecilio Asur took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Frank Aguiar. Saber F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match was over Saber F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Drink Team throughout the match.
