Mauro Luken hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Isidoro Leizarraga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carmelo Mikelats went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Mikelats in the 12th minute of play forced Dinamo Ereván's goalkeeper Isidoro Leizarraga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Dinamo Ereván's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Gudesteo came free, but Isidoro Leizarraga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Carmelo Mikelats notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Dinamo Ereván's Isidoro Leizarraga. Isidoro Leizarraga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Nemesio Turi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hernan Johans was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Fabio Efren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Hernan Johans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 played minutes Dinamo Ereván got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Efren. Lucio Nataniel, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Dinamo Ereván's Isidoro Leizarraga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Mikelats in the 33rd minute of play. Enrique Urtsin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hernan Johans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Dinamo Ereván's Fabio Efren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hernan Johans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carmelo Mikelats stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nemesio Turi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Drink Team's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Urtsin came free, but Hernan Johans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58thth minute of the game Rene Pacorro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Drink Team's Hernan Johans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hernan Johans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Efren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dinamo Ereván's Isidoro Leizarraga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Mikelats in the 71st minute of play. Rene Pacorro hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After a good free kick, Rene Pacorro got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for Drink Team. Hernan Johans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Urtsin in the 79th minute of the match. After 83 played minutes Dinamo Ereván got a freekick which was hit by Federico Liher. With a little luck, Dinamo Ereván's Isidoro Leizarraga got control of the ball when Gaudencio Gudesteo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rene Pacorro took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hernan Johans. Hernan Johans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Fabio Efren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Johans having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dinamo Ereván had won after a very even match.
