Leo Sauveur started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Motoralmaisangre getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Octavio Hernandez hit a great ball. Ulises Eder was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 3rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Justino Montel's late challenge caught a Motoralmaisangre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justino Montel helped the player get up and apologised. Justino Montel hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Isidoro Etxahun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leo Sauveur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute Godofredo Umea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Urdaspal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 played minutes Amajito Club de Sourdeaux got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Chabier. In the 22nd minute Isidoro Etxahun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Claus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiburcio Claus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Sauveur in the 23rd minute of play. Eloy Peruanton kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Amajito Club de Sourdeaux's Ulises Eder tried to score from far away in the 31st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Matias Nabar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Matias Nabar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antonio Urdaspal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Nabar in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

54 minutes into the match, Amajito Club de Sourdeaux's goalkeeper Tiburcio Claus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Etxahun. In the game's 61st minute Amajito Club de Sourdeaux's Ulises Eder took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Antonio Urdaspal and thus the score was 2-0. With a little luck, Amajito Club de Sourdeaux's Tiburcio Claus got control of the ball when Isidoro Etxahun tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Amajito Club de Sourdeaux's zone, Isidoro Etxahun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Claus came out of the goal and Isidoro Etxahun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Godofredo Umea might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antonio Urdaspal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Godofredo Umea ran back to his position shaking his head. Matias Nabar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 83 minutes, Isidoro Etxahun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Motoralmaisangre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Etxahun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leo Sauveur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiburcio Claus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Antonio Urdaspal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Umea in the 90th minute of the match. Isidoro Etxahun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Tiburcio Claus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Matias Nabar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98thth minute of the game Matias Nabar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Motoralmaisangre's Antonio Urdaspal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Amajito Club de Sourdeaux fans cheered their team off the field, for while Motoralmaisangre had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
