The supporters of Club atlético Boca junior booed when Belgrano City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Terciero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Artemio Birjaio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serafin Odol was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Artemio Birjaio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Birjaio in the 17th minute of play forced Belgrano City FC's goalkeeper Serafin Odol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafin Odol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Artemio Birjaio's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Artemio Birjaio struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Serafin Odol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club atlético Boca junior. After the first half Club atlético Boca junior were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Benat got free with Serafin Odol in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hilario Christobal during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 86th minute, Hilario Christobal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, Marcelino Orland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafin Odol. Belgrano City FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelino Orland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Ivan Benat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Odol having to interfere. Ivan Benat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Serafin Odol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club atlético Boca junior's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
