When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Enzo Bartuelo took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Filomeno Ramirez to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Guppys's Emiliano Herrera slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Filomeno Ramirez. That made the score 4-0 after 35 minutes of play. Witalis Rosiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Berriotxoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Los Guppys's Gaspar Matei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filomeno Ramirez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 42 played minutes Los Guppys got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Bartuelo. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emiliano Herrera to make the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emiliano Herrera couldn't finish the play. 73 minutes into the game, Enzo Bartuelo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Filomeno Ramirez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Filomeno Ramirez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Bartuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Filomeno Ramirez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Herrera in the 77th minute of play.
