Spectators: 6864 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Americo Nardo took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 12 played minutes Instituto Athletic Club got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Azibar. Joel Cebo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Nardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Americo Nardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Cebo having to interfere. Joel Cebo was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Americo Nardo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Americo Nardo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Severino Tabby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Bastiaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severino Tabby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Lopes in the 30th minute of the match. With a little luck, Instituto Athletic Club's Joel Cebo got control of the ball when Justino Porfirio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Americo Nardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Instituto Athletic Club's Leandro Bautista suffered a torn muscle in his foot after 36 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Enrique Irrintzi's late challenge caught a Instituto Athletic Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enrique Irrintzi helped the player get up and apologised. Romulo Blasco shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Severino Tabby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Bastiaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emiliano Ferrando during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 42 played minutes Antuco FC got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Ferrando. Antuco FC's Severino Tabby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Bastiaro in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Aldo Bastiaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Tabby was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Joel Cebo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Porfirio in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Americo Nardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Cebo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 54 played minutes Instituto Athletic Club got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Ledesma. Americo Nardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Cebo having to interfere. Justino Porfirio charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justino Porfirio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th minute, Justino Porfirio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Americo Nardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Justino Porfirio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antuco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Justino Porfirio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Cebo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 85 minutes into the match, Americo Nardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Cebo. Instituto Athletic Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Americo Nardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Americo Nardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antuco FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Instituto Athletic Club for a fine match.
