When Delmar Bras came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the El Funecito de Ortega fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmar Bras couldn't finish the play. In the 11th minute Joaquin Dacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Lando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Hilario Atarratze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hilario Atarratze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Lando having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, El Funecito de Ortega's goal looked a bit too open when Hilario Atarratze came free, but Anier Lando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prudencio Faro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Telmo in the 27th minute of the match. Anier Lando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilario Atarratze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anier Lando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Dacio in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Adan Frederik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Lando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Bras in the 63rd minute of play forced Aguilar's goalkeeper Prudencio Faro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Aguilar getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Agustin Basualdo hit a great ball. Anier Lando made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Hilario Atarratze sent off a good shot on target. Hilario Atarratze's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anier Lando firmly grabbed it by the left post. El Funecito de Ortega's Anier Lando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save El Funecito de Ortega from getting a goal against them. Adan Claude sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to El Funecito de Ortega getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Delmar Bras hit a great ball. Adan Claude ran back to his position shaking his head. Aguilar's Adan Claude got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Anier Lando managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Aguilar's Hilario Atarratze fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. El Funecito de Ortega's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Hilario Atarratze scored to the left of an out of position Anier Lando, making the score, 0-3. The El Funecito de Ortega fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Aguilar were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
