Godofredo Matai came free with the goalkeeper in the 7th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Hugo Fagildo could save by the left post. Godofredo Matai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Fagildo having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Godofredo Matai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hugo Fagildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Montxo in the 15th minute of the match. Ancasti FC's Godofredo Matai got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barrio Latino's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Serafin Montxo 20 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Serafin Montxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th match minute, Barrio Latino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Sugoi to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Godofredo Matai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ancasti FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Matai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Fagildo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Godofredo Matai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute Serafin Montxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Fagildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hipolito Grabiel during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hipolito Grabiel kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Teofilo Florinio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Ebardo hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Barrio Latino's zone, Godofredo Matai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Fagildo came out of the goal and Godofredo Matai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugo Fagildo made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Rolando Paulin sent off a good shot on target. In the 48th minute, Godofredo Matai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Fagildo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dario Dominix made a kick off. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ancasti FC's goalkeeper Moises Franco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Moises Franco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Florinio in the 64th minute. In the 65th match minute, Ancasti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Matai to maneuver through the defense. Teofilo Florinio charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teofilo Florinio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Barrio Latino getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Teofilo Florinio hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Serafin Montxo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ancasti FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafin Montxo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Fagildo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciro Ebardo's late challenge caught a Ancasti FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciro Ebardo helped the player get up and apologised. Ciro Ebardo hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the game, Teofilo Florinio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Moises Franco. Teofilo Florinio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Hugo Fagildo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serafin Montxo went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After 84 played minutes, Ancasti FC's Gilberto Oliverio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hugo Fagildo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ancasti FC reached it. Godofredo Matai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Fagildo having to interfere.
