Spectators: 6972 (Terracing: 5467, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 5) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anier Herrera started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Basail's Hugo Ortle got control of the ball when Fabian Dolfos tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Herrera in the 10th minute of play forced Basail's goalkeeper Hugo Ortle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Constantino Tab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Mosen kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Fabian Dolfos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basail's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Rene Grabiel scored to the left of an out of position Hugo Ortle, making the score, 1-0. With a little luck, Basail's Hugo Ortle got control of the ball when Fabian Dolfos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabian Dolfos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugo Ortle having to make a save. Hugo Ortle was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Blas Gonzo. CSyD José C. Paz's Cesar Montel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Tab in the 31st minute of play. After 37 minutes, Baldomiro Pirmin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Basail and the CSyD José C. Paz players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Baldomiro Pirmin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CSyD José C. Paz were furious when Victorio Hori was red carded, 39 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CSyD José C. Paz! An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Tab in the 46th minute of play forced CSyD José C. Paz's goalkeeper Cesar Montel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, CSyD José C. Paz's Rene Grabiel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hugo Ortle narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Constantino Tab made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Basail's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Grabiel came free, but Hugo Ortle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anier Herrera in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Ortle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 60 minutes into the match, Rene Grabiel notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Basail's Hugo Ortle. Hugo Ortle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 66th minute, Anier Herrera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rene Grabiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Ortle having to interfere. Hugo Ortle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Grabiel in the 72nd minute of the match. Rene Grabiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute, Anier Herrera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CSyD José C. Paz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Hugo Ortle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anier Herrera's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Anier Herrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Basail's zone, Rene Grabiel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Ortle came out of the goal and Rene Grabiel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cesar Montel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Tab in the 95th minute of the match. There was no doubt that CSyD José C. Paz were the better team. CSyD José C. Paz's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
