Rigoberto Mark blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Uriel Cebo having to make a save. 33 minutes into the match, Rigoberto Mark notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of la maquina's Uriel Cebo. Uriel Cebo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Rigoberto Mark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The supporters of la maquina booed when Faro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Thomas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Efrain Bernaldo was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
