When Celso Amato fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Basail's protests and gave Celso Amato a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes Basail got a freekick which was hit by Celso Amato. Celso Amato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Benitez having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Guillermo Romano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fail Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Guillermo Romano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Ortle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florencio Vimaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Guillermo Romano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fail Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Guillermo Romano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fail Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Vimaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Fail Team left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Basail.
