Spectators: 7215 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gonzalo Gorka got the match started through his kick off. After 3 played minutes Faro got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Basualdo. Faro's Tomas Casado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Faro from getting a goal against them. GoyoFC's Cecilio Ayala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Mark in the 8th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Faro's Rigoberto Mark sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cecilio Ayala narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in GoyoFC's zone, Rigoberto Mark stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Ayala came out of the goal and Rigoberto Mark tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lisandro Basualdo charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lisandro Basualdo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Faro's Lisandro Basualdo got a free kick in the 27th minute. Gonzalo Gorka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Casado having to interfere. Eleuterio Peyo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After having played for 35 minutes, Francisco Micael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Faro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Micael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Faro's Rigoberto Mark sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cecilio Ayala narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Baltasar Panpili scored 1-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomas Casado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Francisco Micael made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, GoyoFC's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Micael came free, but Cecilio Ayala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonzalo Gorka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61stth minute of the game Baltasar Panpili who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Faro's Tomas Casado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the match, GoyoFC's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Micael came free, but Cecilio Ayala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gonzalo Gorka came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the GoyoFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonzalo Gorka couldn't finish the play. Baltasar Panpili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, GoyoFC's goalkeeper Cecilio Ayala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rigoberto Mark. Francisco Micael was extremely unlucky when he, in the 75th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 83rd minute Francisco Micael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Ayala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gonzalo Gorka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Faro's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Panpili came free, but Tomas Casado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rigoberto Mark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francisco Micael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Cecilio Ayala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The GoyoFC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
