Spectators: 7201 (Terracing: 5402, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Uriel Argenis made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience was convinced that Uriel Argenis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ulises Hunfredo was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Nestor Unax fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulises Hunfredo having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Nestor Unax got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 10th minute, Saverio Maju hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgardo Francho kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. If Nestor Unax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Rios in the 19th minute of play forced Encrucijada's goalkeeper Romeo Bartoleme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honorato Manny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Bartoleme having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Bernardo Rios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romeo Bartoleme was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 28 minutes into the game, Ruben Timo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Encrucijada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rastrojos the free kick. In the 28th match minute, Encrucijada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Timo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Rios in the 33rd minute of play forced Encrucijada's goalkeeper Romeo Bartoleme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Mingo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 38 minutes into the match. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Encrucijada! 43 minutes into the match, Mariano Malvin notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Encrucijada's Romeo Bartoleme. Romeo Bartoleme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardo Rios to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Nestor Unax managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Encrucijada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Unax was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ulises Hunfredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Unax, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Encrucijada's Nestor Unax got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Nestor Unax managed to get in a good position for a shot. Encrucijada's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Unax was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulises Hunfredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romeo Bartoleme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardo Rios went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Nestor Unax recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Bartoleme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafino Colon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 played minutes, Rastrojos's Paulo Ur shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Romeo Bartoleme came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rastrojos reached it. Romeo Bartoleme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Rios's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Romeo Bartoleme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Rios in the 81st minute of play. Eusebio Frederico hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ulises Hunfredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Unax, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Rastrojos's Bernardo Rios ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Romeo Bartoleme. Romeo Bartoleme yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Romeo Bartoleme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Rios's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Rastrojos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
