After 4 played minutes Porongal FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Botello. 7 minutes into the match, Atlético Pinamar's Ariel Manzano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Remigio Mano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Felix Cambranes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pascual Barto made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Moises Galo sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the match, Moises Galo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Atlético Pinamar's Pascual Barto. Pascual Barto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Porongal FC! Reynaldo Vachon shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Pascual Barto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Galo went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fermin Sabino got free with Pascual Barto in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute, Ariel Manzano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ariel Manzano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Pinamar's supporters rose to their feet, but Ariel Manzano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remigio Mano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 54th minute, Marco Botello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Porongal FC's zone, Ariel Manzano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remigio Mano came out of the goal and Ariel Manzano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pascual Barto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Ordono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reynaldo Vachon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Remigio Mano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ariel Manzano struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Remigio Mano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Pinamar. After 81 played minutes Atlético Pinamar got a freekick which was hit by Melchor Urritz. Porongal FC's Remigio Mano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Porongal FC from getting a goal against them. Anier Gabrio kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Atlético Pinamar's Pascual Barto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Galo in the 91st minute of play. Pascual Barto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Botello in the 95th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, Porongal FC could leave the field as winners, despite Atlético Pinamar having more of the ball for most of the match.
