When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Carolo Buinton sped through Los PiRatAS F.c's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Guaberto Egoi. After having played for 36 minutes, Carolo Buinton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guampacha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Buinton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Los PiRatAS F.c's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Buinton came free, but Guaberto Egoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Camilo Arias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guampacha's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Arias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guaberto Egoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carolo Buinton got free with Guaberto Egoi in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Pepillo's late challenge caught a Guampacha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carolo Buinton spun around in front of the goal 84 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Los PiRatAS F.c's goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Arias in the 96th minute of play forced Los PiRatAS F.c's goalkeeper Guaberto Egoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
