If Cipriano Cordeal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half CG Titan were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a little luck, Deportivo Futbol Rosario's Humberto Ponc got control of the ball when Ildefonso Gregory tried to sneak it across the goal line. Geronimo Aritza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Esteve Matei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorio Gorbea kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The penalty shot was made by Evelio Gil, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CG Titan's Esteve Matei. 2-1. In the 97th match minute, Deportivo Futbol Rosario was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Ur to maneuver through the defense. Deportivo Futbol Rosario's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
