Club Atletico Talleres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lisandro Rozarius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute, Lorenzo Gaizkine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Ciceron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Jeronimo Rami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lisandro Rozarius was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 34th minute. Club Atletico Talleres's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico Talleres's goalkeeper Jeronimo Rami, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Oscar Ciceron made a precise shot to the right of Jeronimo Rami. Club Atletico Talleres's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 47th play minutes Aquiles Pirro shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Jeronimo Rami and just under the crossbar into goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lisandro Rozarius to make the kick off. Lisandro Rozarius kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Lorenzo Gaizkine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. Club Atletico Talleres's Lisandro Rozarius got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Hilario Karmel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 98 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alvariño AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eustacio Medardo was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Atletico Talleres's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Eustacio Medardo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Alvariño AFC's Ambrosio Nabar did a great save. The Club Atletico Talleres supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Alvariño AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Alvariño AFC.
