Spectators: 7178 (Terracing: 5478, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 20) Articuno Blizzards's Wilfredo Luzea started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jimeno Ostots's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bonifacio Daunte read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. The Articuno Blizzards fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Articuno Blizzards's Wilfredo Luzea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 14th minute Wilfredo Luzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Baleren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 15 minutes, Emanuel Hanni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Articuno Blizzards and the Budokai Z players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Articuno Blizzards getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Emanuel Hanni hit a great ball. Angelo Errando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ivan Baleren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Budokai Z booed when Articuno Blizzards was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Errando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivan Baleren came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Articuno Blizzards's Angelo Errando. But to his dismay, Angelo Errando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Ivan Baleren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Mino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes Budokai Z got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Olayo. Angelo Errando took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Baleren. Ivan Baleren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Ivan Baleren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Luzea in the 45th minute of play. Emanuel Hanni hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The Budokai Z players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Articuno Blizzards were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jimeno Ostots to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilfredo Luzea got free with Ivan Baleren in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivan Baleren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Angelo Errando showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 62 minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Budokai Z's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Errando came free, but Ivan Baleren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Budokai Z's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Mino came free, but Ivan Baleren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Budokai Z's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Articuno Blizzards the free kick. With a little luck, Budokai Z's Ivan Baleren got control of the ball when Wilfredo Luzea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jaime Mino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Ivan Baleren made a huge save. Victor Dominix kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Wilfredo Luzea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Ivan Baleren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Budokai Z's zone, Jaime Mino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Baleren came out of the goal and Jaime Mino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaime Mino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Articuno Blizzards played a much better game than Budokai Z and deserved their victory. The Budokai Z players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
