Spectators: 7043 (Terracing: 5391, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Americo Virila took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Heavy got a freekick which was hit by Jose Theobald. In the 4th minute of the match Prudencio Panfilo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Aimar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Serafin Palos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Virila in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Fracrau's Cesar Osoitz got a free kick in the 6th minute. Heavy's Clemente Aimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Dodorol in the 13th minute of play. Amadeo Koldobika struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Serafin Palos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heavy. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Amadeo Koldobika managed to get in a good position for a shot. Heavy's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Koldobika was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafin Palos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Dodorol took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Aimar. Clemente Aimar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Fracrau's zone, Americo Virila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafin Palos came out of the goal and Americo Virila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Heavy getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Virgilio Erasto hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Heavy's zone, Edgardo Vigil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Aimar came out of the goal and Edgardo Vigil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Americo Virila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Heavy's Jose Theobald got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Fracrau were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgardo Vigil made a kick off. Saul Silbestre kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Serafin Palos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Berbiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Americo Virila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the game, Americo Virila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Heavy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fracrau the free kick. Americo Virila kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. A collision led to Fracrau getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Cesar Osoitz hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the game, Americo Virila cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Serafin Palos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Amadeo Koldobika had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Heavy's goalkeeper Clemente Aimar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Dodorol. After having played for 86 minutes, Edgardo Vigil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fracrau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Vigil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgardo Vigil in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Aimar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Heavy's zone, Edgardo Vigil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Aimar came out of the goal and Edgardo Vigil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Igor Dodorol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clemente Aimar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.
