With a left leg Guillermo Hodei saved Belgrano Cba from getting behind. 14 minutes into the match, TIBURON's Lázaro Cerilo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guillermo Hodei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Lázaro Cerilo put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Guillermo Hodei. Ricardo Sasoin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Guillermo Hodei. Belgrano Cba's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Atilano Abaunza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Luis Lia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rdth minute of the game Lázaro Cerilo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgrano Cba's Guillermo Hodei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Santo Quilino managed to get in a good position for a shot. TIBURON's supporters rose to their feet, but Santo Quilino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guillermo Hodei breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When TIBURON's Lázaro Cerilo in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belgrano Cba's goalie prevented a goal. Mateo Maties succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-2 in the 37th playminute. In the 42nd minute, Lázaro Cerilo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santo Quilino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rigoberto Chumo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Guillermo Hodei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Mateo Maties managed to get in a good position for a shot. TIBURON's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Maties was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guillermo Hodei breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Atilano Abaunza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Lázaro Cerilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lázaro Cerilo in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guillermo Hodei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 55 minutes into the game, Agustin Rico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belgrano Cba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TIBURON the free kick. When Rigoberto Chumo fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TIBURON's protests and gave Rigoberto Chumo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th minute, Rigoberto Chumo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Belgrano Cba's Atilano Abaunza in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Guillermo Hodei came out of the goal and Rigoberto Chumo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lázaro Cerilo in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guillermo Hodei saved Belgrano Cba from getting behind. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgrano Cba's goalkeeper Guillermo Hodei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Atilano Abaunza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Pastor Iaki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
