Delmiro Gomez's late challenge caught a BOKE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmiro Gomez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, Frizze Blue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Gomez to maneuver through the defense. Zeledon Frisco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Bibiano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rdth minute of the game Sergio Llorian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frizze Blue's Bernardo Bibiano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Frisco in the 28th minute of play forced Frizze Blue's goalkeeper Bernardo Bibiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laureano Burni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. BOKE's Armando Paez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Burni in the 38th minute of play. Bernabe Martinez, 45 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Laureano Burni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Paez having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Frizze Blue's Bernardo Bibiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Frizze Blue from getting a goal against them. Sergio Llorian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Dalmacio Fiz fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BOKE's protests and gave Dalmacio Fiz a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 87 minutes, Delmiro Gomez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frizze Blue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmiro Gomez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The BOKE players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Frizze Blue from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
