Ricardo Sasoin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hugo Oriol. Solca's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 7th match minute, TIBURON was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Lazcano to maneuver through the defense. If Lázaro Cerilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Cerilo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugo Oriol having to make a save. Celso Lore took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luis Lia. TIBURON's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 26 minutes of play, Solca's Geronimo Chan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luis Lia was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in TIBURON's zone, Geronimo Chan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Lia came out of the goal and Geronimo Chan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geronimo Chan struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Luis Lia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Solca. In the 35th match minute, TIBURON was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Quilino to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, TIBURON's Santo Quilino got a free kick in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, TIBURON's Bartolo Lazcano got a free kick in the 39th minute. 44 minutes into the match, TIBURON's Pastor Iaki broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Santo Quilino managed to get in a good position for a shot. TIBURON's supporters rose to their feet, but Santo Quilino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Oriol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santo Quilino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lázaro Cerilo to make the kick off. Luis Lia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Chan in the 55th minute of play. When Mateo Maties came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the TIBURON fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mateo Maties couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, TIBURON's Luis Lia got control of the ball when Carlos Che tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Solca's zone, Santo Quilino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Oriol came out of the goal and Santo Quilino tried to chip the ball over his head. Hugo Oriol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lázaro Cerilo's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. When TIBURON's Lázaro Cerilo in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Solca's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lázaro Cerilo in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Oriol saved Solca from getting behind. If Santo Quilino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geronimo Chan during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Solca getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Geronimo Chan hit a great ball. Lázaro Cerilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Solca's Astor Kiliz got a free kick in the 95th minute. Although TIBURON had been in control for most of the match, Solca still came away with the win.
